Mowing Day Maintenance

Its very important that if you have a dog that likes to escape or may bite please keep in the house or contain your pet on our mow day.

If it rains on your mow day we will inspect the yard before we mow. If you do not want us to mow if its raining please notify us as soon as possible. We will mow through the rain unless we have torential rains. Because we do service hundreds of lawns each week we may not make it back the next day. We will do everything in our ability to mow the next day though. Please know we want to mow your yard, but in rare cases the weather will prohibit mowing from time to time.

If you will be taking advantage of our Mow 4 Free program and we choose not mow due to weather you will still recieve the benifits. If we come to service your property on your scheduled mow day and your gate is locked you will be billed for the full amount. To avoid this I suggest a combination lock, don't forget to give us the combination.

Please remove toys and other items that are not fixtures of your lawn to avoid addition charges. We dont mind picking up a couple of things, but in some cases we,ve spent 20 minutes picking up numerous items that could have been destoyed by a mower.
